Chemtool Incorporated was founded in 1963 and grew into an internationally respected manufacturer of lubricants and oil based technologies for industrial applications, supplying the largest corporations of the world in the automotive, steel, aircraft and lubrication industries.
In need of new manufacturing space, Chemtool retained Gillespie Design Group to assist with multiple additions, building projects, and renovations resulting in their 340,000 SF facility, located on a 150 acre campus in Rockton, Illinois.
