The Volo Village Center is envisioned as a three building retail development on prime property in Volo, Illinois.

Not daunted by a triangular shaped site, bordered on three sides by public right-of ways, with a significant cross-slope, the real challenge was how to suspend the building from the pre-existing billboard. Dunkin Donuts, the first of the buildings to be built, is enjoying tremendous success.
