Among the countless and satisfying adventures of architecture is the potential to collaborate with dynamic, passionate entrepreneurs to help their visions come to life - and then to see the life of that vision bring so much joy and excitement to a community. Such is the case of BBQ King in Woodstock, Illinois.
What began as a catering operation founded by an exceptionally hard-working aficionado of BBQ, dedicated to his craft and distinctive sauce, soon had a loyal, fervent following who longed to satisfy their cravings for more BBQ. The King responded by opening his first restaurant in Woodstock assisted by his likewise hungry supporters at Gillespie Design Group.
Not surprisingly, BBQ King is expanding to bring his brand of BBQ to Huntley, Illinois with a new restaurant sure to leave our mouths watering for more. Gillespie Design Group is proud to be working with the King on that vision, too!
